~*spoilers ahead*~
Wizardmon appeared in Digimon01,
during the Myotismon saga. i'm sure most of you know his story but for
any (rare) newbies to Wizzie-fandom i might as well tell you anywayz. he
helped Gatomon recover her memory after Myotismon had pretty much wiped
it clear, and hence Gatomon couldn't remember her past. her and Wizzie
had been friends for a long time. not wanting to see his best friend like
this, he helped to find the eigth Digidestined child (not for Myotismon
though, for Gatomon. awww!). he was the one who pretty much figured out
that the 8th child was Kari and united her and Gatomon. upon going with
Gatomon to try and get Kari's crest back, he supposedly drowned when Myotismon
threw him into a river. but he came back about an episode later, with Kari's
crest. later on (like another episode later) all the Digidestined go to
confront Myotismon. Myotismon aims an attack at Kari and Gatomon but Wizzie
jumped in the way and sacrificed himself to save them.

well anyhoo, i came back
in series 02 as a ghost to deliver a message to Gatomon and the other Digidestined.
if it wasn't for me, Ken would still be the Digimon Emperor! hee hee hee!

here's how my little prophecy to the Digidestined went:
Wizardmon: I need to tell you something Gatomon.
Gatomon: What is it, old friend?
Wizardmon: Your enemy; you cannot beat him as you are now!
Gatomon: Huh?
Davis: Does he... does he mean the Digimon Emperor?
Wizardmon: Your enemy is not the only the Digimon Emperor,
but a much greater darkness. The darkness... it cannot be
defeated with strength alone. You must return the one
wrapped in darkness to his true self.
Gatomon: What? True self...
Wizardmon: Kindness will release the golden radiance.
Yolei: Kindness? I hope he doesn't mean we have to be nice to
Ken!
Wizardmon: Kindness alone will not prevail, Gatomon. The
golden radiance is also necessary.
Gatomon: I see, but...
Wizardmon: You don't have much time! Goodbye my friend...

is my past before the actual series. before i met Gatomon i was a wandering
Digimon, with no friends or anything -_- but one day, all my travels had
made me weak, and i had never recovered because i hardly ever stopped my
travels for anything. so i ended up collapsing on the ground in the middle
of a Digimon town. nobody came to help me except Gatomon, who gave me some
water. then i passed out.
behold! Wizardmon pulled his collar down!!! the only time in the series that happens.
-_-; *pulls collar up a bit higher*
dude, if you pull that thing up any higher you won't be able to see!
continuing on now- i woke up to see that i was in a small forest, laying by a camp fire with Gatomon sitting across the fire from me. we talked for a while and became good friends. the rest his history.

okay, the other day i was
listening to a WAV of Wizardmon's little ghost prophecy when i noticed
that Wiz had a bit of an accent. no really, the part when he says "your
enemy is not only the Digimon Emperor", instead of saying "Digimon Emperor"
he says "Digimon Empera". really! i'm serious! i got the WAV file from
Digi-Cuties.
*listens to his prophecy*
